note 26149 added to install.apache

I'm using Apache 2.0.43 amd PHP 4.2.3 on win2K, the latest releases but there's no way to make them work together.... I've used the dependencis walker from visual studio and i've seen hat the php4apache2.dll needs some dll version that are different from the apache 2.0.43.
