note 26498 added to tutorial

To any newbies out there, I would highly recommend using PHPDEV from firepages.com.au. It comes complete with Apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.2.3, MySQL 4a, and some other goodies, best of all it's pre-configured for Windows!
