To any newbies out there, I would highly recommend using PHPDEV from firepages.com.au. It comes
complete with Apache 1.3.27, PHP 4.2.3, MySQL 4a, and some other goodies, best of all it's
pre-configured for Windows! There is a PHPDEV5 but it's in the beta phase, and last I tried it
was rather buggy (they're switching to Apache 2), and so I would recommend the 4x package.
