note 27398 added to tutorial.firstpage

I agree with jnewcum at mindspring dot com. Editplus is the best text editor I have seen. It comes with syntax highlighting, it remembers tabs, and it can be used for a good number of programming languages. One of its best features is a built in FTP client. I use this often when I'm editing web pages on a remote host. Whenever you save the document, it saves it to the host, so it reduces the uploading steps. I highly recommend this to everybody. http://www.editplus.com -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.firstpage.php http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+27398 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+27398 http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+27398
