HTTP-GET-VARS is not only set whithin pages that are requested with HTTP/GET. When you append
parameters to an URL in a form action field which is then sent with the POST Method, you still have
those variable names and values in the HTTP-GET-VARS array! So more correctly the description
should be - HTTP_GET_VARS lists alls Parameters appended to an URL with POST _and_ GET requests!
