If you use $HTTP_HOST to find the domain to set in the cookie, and if you're working on
"non 80" port, the SetCookie function won't work.
Examples:
SetCookie
("Test","12345",time()+30240000,"/","www.domain.com:81")
will not work
SetCookie
("Test","12345",time()+30240000,"/","www.domain.com")
will work
