Just upgraded to PHP 4.2.1 on FreeBSD 4.4-stable from a pre-4.1 release. The third argument for
setcookie() has changed, in that where it would previously accept a long or a string (of a long) it
will now only accept a long, which meant modifying cookie code everywhere I set something.
With some previous versions using a string form created better results, but hopefully this
constraint on type is an indication of a general clean-up in code. I'm assuming no choice
means we're getting a best-case forced on us. However, this is a good thing to know for anyone
considering an upgrade.
