note 28051 added to install.linux

Attempting to build php 4.3.0 against apache 1.3.27 with zlib, etc., I came across some make errors. make was complaining about missing files... zend_config.h, tsrm_config.h and php_config.h... with some complaints about zlib as well After digging around the configure script, I discovered that these files are created by running ./config.status after the ./configure I haven't found any documentation on running config.status before... not sure if this is a bug or what.
