There was no good reason for the PHP development team to change @odbc_fetch_into()'s parameter
definition list for each minor release 4.05 - 4.2. It shows a lack of consistency from the PHP
Architectural team and such engineering practices have serious implications for any production usage
of the language. One would not see such flopping of parameters for such an important function in
other languages such as ASP/VB, Cold Fusion, or JSP every few months of release as has been done
with this function.
