note 28849 added to install.apache2

Mhm ok i think the instalation worked for me, but how can i test if everythings works fine? I installed the newest PHP version on an windows Apache 2.0. Im new to PHP, so i want to be shure that the errors i will produce are not based on a wrong instalation.
