note 29099 added to function.strrpos

This function is COMPLETELY inconsistent with its counterparts. strchr - first occurance of char in string strpos - first occurance of substring in string strrchr - last occurance of char in string strrpos - last occurance of char?? in string This to me seems like a broken feature in php.
