This function is COMPLETELY inconsistent with its counterparts.
strchr - first occurance of char in string
strpos - first occurance of substring in string
strrchr - last occurance of char in string
strrpos - last occurance of char?? in string
This to me seems like a broken feature in php. Yes, knowning the last occurance of a substring is a
string IS useful and this would be the function to implement this feature!
