note 30836 added to function.odbc-fetch-object

looking at the function that works like mysql_fetch_object for ODBC, I notice it works fine, exept for the fact that the variable $rs_obj is reported as an undefined variable by the browswer everytime the function is called. How can I make this variable a "defined" variable to eliminate this error.
