Contrary to the above comments, execution appears to be limited by cpu time on Unix, but by elapsed
time on Windows.
Also, it appears to be the case that setting a limit of 0 disables the timeout on both Unix and
Windows. This is useful if you're writing a background daemon, but is probably a really bad
idea for a script serving a web page.
