If you encounter ocx missing problem with iis install: do following:
Get file from: http://www.compuniac.com/yahtzee/download/mscomctl.ocx
and
Copy MSCOMCTL.OCX into the C:\windows\system32 folder and run:
REGSVR32 C:\windows\SYSTEM32\MSCOMCTL.OCX
