you may try http://kollm.org/php_xslt/php_xslt.dll for a
working version. requires the latest sablotron for windows (FullPack), available from http://www.gingerall.com/charlie/ga/xml/d_sab.xml.
* this is just a rebuild of ext/xslt with HAVE_SABLOT_SET_ENCODING enabled
* not really tested (5 minutes ;) - use at your own risk!
* i think it would be a good idea if the next release of php for windows would include this
(HAVE_SABLOT_SET_ENCODING enabled; newer sablotron dll's) by default. after all, how many
windows users are able to rebuild an extension on their own?!
