Can anyone provide a list of encodings which can be given as the parameter.
I believe, the correct encoding for Mac OS X should be 'MacRoman'. I have tried all
lowercase, uppercase combinations of this but still can not get it to work.
I get the error:

Cannot process XSLT document [69]: unknown encoding ''
Any idea how to fix this? I am using Marc Liyanage 4.1.2 php bundle.
