note 31643 added to function.mysql-close

I suffered the same phenomena (in RedHat Linux Versions mysql_close does not work), in PHP 4.0.X versions. As I turned my Linux Server to DEBIAN, suddendly, the mysql_close function functions (and bugs appeared).
