Something interesting to note about this function is that if the directory being specified is not
owned by the process (ie: apache) or by the process's main group then tmpnam will use the
system's temp dir instead. This seems to be the case under linux 2.4.18-3 - php 4.1.2.
Can anyone else confirm this?
