note 33080 added to install.iis

Windows 2003 Server, IIS 6, PHP 4.3.2 I followed Andy's remarks below (THANKS! Needed spoon-fed) But also wanted to note additional step. I needed to set additional access to my php program directory. This may be because I don't allow Anonymous Access to my website. I added Read Write permissions for IIS_WPG group and my allowed users to the php program directory. Not exactly sure why, but it worked after much hair pulling.
