Well, it could look so obvious, but I spent some hour asking to myself why the hell the whole thing
didn't work: when I sent POST with ENCTYPE="multipart/form-data", I did find the file
uploaded into /tmp, but the post data were completely BLANK!! The matter was that the php.ini file
actually has a file_uploads directive, and in my Red Hat 7.3 distro it is Off by default.
