note 34614 added to tutorial.firstpage

(because the link to PHP editors doesn't work...) If you're really serious about PHP you should try Zend Studio (a PHP IDE) available from www.zend.com. I have tried using at least 10 applications for writing PHP and Zend Studio is superior for developing anything in PHP! All the other applications either didn't have enough support for PHP (like a suped-up text editor) or was so early in development it was too buggy to use on a day to day basis. Though Zend Studio doesn't replace a high quality generic text manipulation tool. ---- Manual Page -- http://www.php.net/manual/en/tutorial.firstpage.php Edit Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=edit+34614 Delete Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=delete+34614&report=yes Reject Note -- http://master.php.net/manage/user-notes.php?action=reject+34614&report=yes
