ok ppl, I have one question - did you test this upload form in situation: upload any file via this
form and then try to change any parameter of this file via FTP? in many of solutions based on this
form the effect for the file is like this - chmod-0600, owner-http. and any way to delete or movie
this file via ftp software or change of any parameter of this file. How to upload the file via this
form but with chmod 0777 and owner-xxx ?
