note 34839 added to function.ora-logon

Just a side note: sometimes compiling php with oracle support may produce odd results, such as not having ora_logon function. be sure to use for ./configure BOTH of the following: --with-oci8="/path/to/oracle" and --with-oracle="/path/to/oracle".
