The note by msopacua@idg.nl is false. It states that the information on parent constructors not
being called has been removed from the manual, when in fact it still can be found under the chapter
"constructors". This part of the manual seems to suffer a lot from this phenomenon.
Note to admin:
Either remove the message by msopacua@idg.nl or add this one. A note-review might be a wise thing.
Also, the 2nd or 3th note at the start of the FAQ is a question which seems totally out of place
(and not a note either way)!
