It seems that in PHP 4.1 filectime (and probably other related functions) drops an error if the file
specified doesn't exist:
Warning: stat failed for /tmp/noexite (errno=2 - No such file or directory)
On previous versions (4.0) no report was given. If you use this option with "display_errors =
On" should prepend the function with @ to avoid the printing of the errrors, or check if the
file exits before making filectime's.
