Hi!
Yep.since notes are now highlighted when there is <?php ?> code in there it would be nice to see most of the notes with examples highlighted. some examples don't have <?php ?> around them and won't be highlighted should I / we start with editing the notes and add those <?php ?> around codes?I was about to drop a mail regarding this ;) I've already asked Gabor to add a little note on the submission page to encourage the use of <?php ?> when supplying a note to the manual, he'll surreley take care of that.
IMHO, you shouldn't start a mass editing work on the notes. cece has come with a really beautifull patch for the highlighting purpose, but it should'nt give us more work.Absolutely agreed. The note highlighting is not to provide you with more work. If a note is that valuable, than it should be integrated. There is already a good number of notes with PHP tags included...
It's what I'll practice regarding this until a howto show up, feel free to follow me or to act just as you want ;)A howto for what? Goba
