I've read that :
Date with year, month and day equal to zero is considered illegal (otherwise it what be regarded as
30.11.1999, which would be strange behaviour).
It's not a strange behaviour :
Starting with the year : year 00 is year 2000. Ok. Now the month : 0. Go back one month it gives :
00-12-1999 . And finaly the day, it gives 30-11-1999.
