My environment:
WinXP
Apache 2.0.47
PHP 4.3.2
I Installed PHP at "C:\\Program Files\\PHP" so what I had to do to make it work was to set
extension_dir = "C:\\Program Files\\PHP\\extensions", copy expat.dll, sablot.dll AND
iconv.dll from C:\\Program Files\\PHP\\dlls to C:\\WINDOWS\\system32.
