I had a horrible time trying to get this command to work! The documentation on this command needs
SERIOUS updating (sorry PHP team, but this one was massively frustrating).
the REAL parameters (at least for MS SQL 7) are:
string QUALIFIER is the database object (ie: the root level object in SQL SERVER)
string OWNER is the schema (dbo by default)
string TABLE is the table name
The major confusion here is that MS SQL server supports an owner by rights which is not what this
command is looking for in the OWNER parameter. I'm not sure how other ODBC interfaces will
treat this, but this parameter might better be called SCHEMA rather than OWNER.
