It is 10 am morning. Ive been up 29 hours and I just figured out something the PHP team could have
simply typed in the documentation. imap_open sends headers. So this should come before the
</head> tag. This was hinted by another patron in the comment above but I missed it.
Secondly, FreeBSD users, remember not to try build /usr/ports/lang/php4 but build
/usr/ports/www/mod_php4, and you should REALLY build this after building courier or cyrus imapd...
since the build scripts in the ports check for options to add into mod_php. If you really need to
enter --with-imap yourself dont use configure because it wont work. Enter this in the Makefile.inc
file in the mod_php4/ dir.
