I have Apache 2, PHP 4.3.2 and PHP 5 Beta 1 running together.
This can be done by putting this in your httpd.conf file:
# Begin PHP 4 and 5 bit
ScriptAlias /php/ "/php4/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
Action application/x-httpd-php "/php/php.exe
ScriptAlias /php5/ "/php5/"
AddType application/x-httpd-php5 .php5
Action application/x-httpd-php5 /php5/php.exe
# End PHP 4 and 5 bit
Change the "/phpx" to reflect the location of php 4/5 on your computer
