Me and several of my web designer freinds have had alot of trouble using Microsoft's PWS
"Personal Web Server". Microsoft PWS comes free with windows 98/ME. I recommend if you are
a windows user you should download Apache or Microsoft IIS. The Apache web server is free and has a
large amount of documentation for troubleshooting.
