note 38844 added to function.header

I received the following error in Internet Explorer when trying to send a powerpoint file: ----------------------- Internet Explorer cannot download <filename> from <domain> Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later. [OK] ----------------------- I was NOT using SSL, so it is /not/ the situation described at the following URL: http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/q316/4/31.asp Solution: Set the session.cache_limiter to an empty string and output the headers it puts out manually. Exclude part of the 'Cache-Control:' header.
