In response to nataniel on Unicode support. I have not found any reference indicating that this is
a supported syntax for Unicode encoding.
What we are familiar with is the typical UTF-8 style encoding, such that Unicode is first UTF-8
encoded, then the URL is URL encoded, resulting in six-byte sequences.
Example:
/firxt 5 greek letters/ -> %CE%B1%CE%B2%CE%B3%CE%B4%CE%B5
When using UTF-8 encode/decode functions in PHP this functions correctly then.
