Don't depend on image_x and image_y. If you do the following:
<input type="image" src="image.gif" name="submit">
do not use the following test:
if ( $submit_x ) ProcessForm(); // NOOOOOO!
This will not work because if the user TABs to the button and hits <space> (as you can do in
IE and must do in Lynx), $submit_x will be zero. Use the isset() function or, even better, include a
hidden flag variable.
