About the 10-Apr-2003 and 19-Apr-2003 comments. I find that my machine does not return GMT time. I
check this by doing the following:
strftime ("%B %d, %Y", time());
gmstrftime ("%B %d, %Y", time());
strftime returns the currect date, gmstrftime returns a day ahead if the current time is later then
5:00pm (in MST), it would depend on the timezone. This is problematic for me because I have no way
of getting the correct gmt timestamp.
