IE6 seems to have a limit of 2051 characters in the url of the location header. first noticed it
becaue of a 'page not found/DNS error' message upon 'insert as new' operation on
a decent sized table in phpMyAdmin.
further testing revealed the 2051 char limit. as soon as the url is 2052, you get the 'page not
found/DNS error' in IE6. moz/netscape work fine.
