note 40763 deleted from faq.obtaining by nlopess

Note Submitter: php_docs@garykeith.com ---- I have repeatedly requested that the link to my website in #6 above be removed because flaws in get_browser() make using my browscap.ini file a risky proposition. My requests have been denied. So I keep trying to post notes here warning PHP users about the problems involved in using my file with PHP. Those notes keep getting deleted. And most recently it seems the notes aren't being accepted at all; it's been hours since I posted my last note and it hasn't shown up yet which is why I'm trying again.
