so... the BASIC or VB code for iif(expr,trueval,falseval) becomes (expr?trueval:falseval)
as someone deserting Bill Gates at long last, it took me a while to find this as 'iif'
doesn't appear anywhere in this doc!
hope Google finds the iif and that save somone else some time
