As JonnyA_NYC@excite.com said, clearing "doc_root" variable takes care of "No input
file specified problem" in my WinNT/Apache.1.3.9. If you specify "doc_root", .php
files will be executed and doc_root tree only.
Beware though, this allows any user to execute .php scripts as the web server user.
