Just testing in CLI (php4.2.3, OpenBSD Port), exit(255) seems to still work, I cant see the big deal
with reserving it? Luckily it does work, considering a Sourceforge project knwon as XTRadius uses
exit codes 0 and 255 for grant/deny in its RADIUS Distribution.
