Win32/PHP 4.3.6: It doesn't matter what they say, you NEED php_sockets.dll to use the Sockets-functions. You get this DLL from the big PHP-ZIP-file at the downloads. Download it and extract it to your extension directory. Make sure it goes down the right folder (WinZip likes to zip-up in sub folders...).
