Win32/PHP 4.3.6:
It doesn't matter what they say, you NEED php_sockets.dll to use the Sockets-functions.
You get this DLL from the big PHP-ZIP-file at the downloads. Download it and extract it to your
extension directory.
Make sure it goes down the right folder (WinZip likes to zip-up in sub folders...). And uncomment
line 562 in c:\winnt\php.ini:
extension=php_sockets.dll
Maybe restart your web server and then you should have the ability to use these functions.
