Note that if the file being uploaded exceeds the MAX_FILE_SIZE value in the hidden field <INPUT
TYPE="hidden" name="MAX_FILE_SIZE" value="1000"> (IN BYTES), the
file is not sent and the function "is_uploaded_file" will return false.
