I have a <input type="file"> field and the user would upload a file. I wanted the
file name so I did this
(complete file path is set via method="GET" in my form and the file fields name is
"Bio")
$bio = $_GET["Bio"];
$bio = split("\\\\",$bio);
echo $bio[count($bio)-1]; // get the file name
and the output was in fact:
file.htm
Just thought I'd like to share this with the world
