note 44223 added to install.iis

PHP5/ISAPI ran my phpinfo() page fine, except ... 1. if I add an ISAPI filter, pointing to php5isapi.dll, browser returns: -2147467259 (0x80004005) 2. without the ISAPI filter, it requires page authentication, first time a browser instance is used to call phpinfo.php. Subsequent calls do not require re-authentication. Why? Is it supposed to act this way? fyi: I'm running XP Pro, fully service packed.
