PHP5/ISAPI ran my phpinfo() page fine, except ...
1. if I add an ISAPI filter, pointing to php5isapi.dll, browser returns:
-2147467259 (0x80004005)
2. without the ISAPI filter, it requires page authentication, first time a browser instance is used
to call phpinfo.php. Subsequent calls do not require re-authentication.
Why?
Is it supposed to act this way?

I'm running XP Pro, fully service packed. IIS 5.1.2600 is running default settings e.g.
Anonymous (checked)
UserName: IUSR_machineName
Allow IIS to control password (checked)
Integrated Windows authentication (checked)
I'm using the Mozilla/Firefox 0.9.2 browser.
