You can add support for imagegif to php5 by downloading the windows binary zip file from http://snaps.php.net/ (I grabbed the most recent Stable
(5.0.x-dev)), unzip it, grab the php_gd2.dll from ext and drop it into your {PHP_HOME}/ext
directory.
