If you are having trouble connecting to MSSQL Server 2000 using IIS and you are positive that the
new 'NTWDBLIB.DLL' file from your MSSQL Server 2000 installation was copied to your
system32 directory on the web server, you might want to make sure an older version of
'NTWDBLIB.DLL' is not in your system path.
In my case it had set the PHP install directory as part of the system path so I could use PHP with
the command line. Since PHP comes bundled with an older version of 'NTWDBLIB.DLL', it was
loading the older version first and driving me crazy until I realized it.
